Student Price Card (SPC) and Chapters
Last updated on January 10, 2012, 18:56 by Sebastian Mihai
Over here, in Canada, there is a discount card called SPC (Student Price Card), which provides discounts for students, at a variety of shops and restaurants. Aldo and Banana Republic accept it; after all, the students should invest in how they look, right? Fast food joints, about five pizza places, all take SPC cards. Reel in the life-inexperienced students to the poorest dietary choices available.

Do you know who DOESN'T accept SPC? Chapters. That's right, the biggest brick-and-mortar book seller in the region does not believe in discounting books for students.

Good to know we're moving forward.
